Payments accepted via cash, cashier's check, money order, and personal checks. Payment by personal check must be received by May 9, 2008 to allow 10 business days to process payment. Sorry, we cannot accept payment via credit/debit card. No refunds given 30 days prior to event. No refunds for inclement weather. Vendor spaces may not be resold or reassigned. No food items are to be sold from vendor spaces. Space location renewal option forfeited by vendor disassembling before close of event on Sunday May 25th. No adjusting vendor space size on contract. Swap meet sponsors reserve the right to reject and/or eject any person or firm they deem undesirable for any reason. Their actions and decisions are final. For everyone's safety, PLEASE no pets, bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, pornographic material or alcoholic beverages at event. River City Rydes / Promoters and Evansville National Guard Armory Not responsible for accidents, injuries and lost or stolen items. Vendors are responsible for insuring their own person and property.
